Background
Dietary patterns may influence gastric carcinogenesis through inflammatory, oxidative, intestinal permeability, and gut microbiota-related pathways. However, comprehensive studies simultaneously evaluating inflammatory, antioxidant, and microbiota-oriented dietary indices together with multiple biological biomarkers in gastric cancer remain limited.
