Abstract
Background
Breast cancer remains a major global health concern, and bioprospecting bioactive phytochemicals from Newbouldia laevis may provide potential lead compounds for addressing persistent treatment challenges. This study aimed to identify N. laevis phytochemicals with favorable predicted interaction patterns with estrogen receptor-α (ESR1) for further investigation in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer.
