Abstract
Background
Neoadjuvant pembrolizumab-based chemoimmunotherapy is standard of care for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Real-world data remain limited outside trial populations, particularly in the Middle East, and hormone receptor (HR)-low tumors (ER/PR 1-10%) are undercharacterised in this setting.
