Sacituzumab govitecan (SG) and datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) are TROP2-directed antibody–drug conjugates with topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads but distinct recognized adverse-event profiles. Comparative reporting patterns for these agents remain incompletely characterized.
