Background/Objectives: Icteric hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is characterized by obstructive jaundice, impaired liver function, and limited treatment options. Biliary drainage may relieve jaundice and permit subsequent anticancer therapy, but the clinical benefit of systemic treatment remains uncertain in this setting.
