Abstract
Introduction
Sclerosing mucoepidermoid carcinoma with eosinophilia of the thyroid is a rare malignant neoplasm, typically associated with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis. It usually presents as a painless, slowly enlarging unilateral thyroid nodule, frequently mimicking a benign lesion.
