Abstract
Abstract Background: Gliomas account for approximately 81% of all malignant brain tumors. Standard treatment typically consists of surgical resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Despite these interventions, tumor recurrence is nearly inevitable. The prognostic value of repeat surgical resection remains controversial. In this retrospective study, we reviewed data from patients with recurrent glioma and compared survival outcomes between different patient treatment groups.
