Abstract
ABSTRACT The pancreas is an uncommon site for metastatic spread, making such cases diagnostically and therapeutically challenging. We report a case of endoscopic ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of pancreatic metastasis from renal cell carcinoma. Follow-up imaging revealed a long-term durable outcome, with a recurrent lesion 3 years after the first session, which was successfully retreated with the same modality. This case underscores the role of minimally invasive endoscopic therapies, combined with targeted therapy, as a multimodal approach for patients not suitable for surgery.
