Abstract
Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer in Malaysia, accounting for 17.6% of all cancer diagnoses and 32.4% of all cancers among women (2017–2021). However, according to a nationwide survey, mammography uptake has declined to 12.8% among women aged 40 and above by 2023. This study explored barriers and facilitators to breast cancer screening among Malaysian women.
