Abstract
Background
Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) provides high-resolution assessment of anterior segment lesions, including tumor thickness, internal characteristics, and lesion margins. This capability allows early noninvasive differentiation between benign nevi and malignant lesions, guiding the need for biopsy or excision and improving diagnostic confidence. UBM serves as a critical adjunct in the evaluation and management of ocular surface tumors.
