Abstract
ABSTRACT Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis variant bovis strain ushi10, a production strain used to manufacture tuberculin for bovine tuberculosis diagnosis in Japan. This genomic resource supports the consistent production and standardization of tuberculin.
