Abstract
Introduction
Antimicrobial resistance is a growing global concern. At our hospital, susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to piperacillin-tazobactam declined from 95% to 77%, while susceptibility of Enterobacter cloacae complex decreased from 82% to 72%, prompting antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP) interventions.
