Guidelines of diagnosis and management for food allergy-related gastrointestinal disorders (2026)
Abstract
随着过敏性疾病患病率增加，食物过敏相关消化系统疾病受到关注。2017年“食物过敏相关消化道疾病诊断与管理专家共识”发布，提出了以氨基酸粉作为牛奶蛋白过敏诊断性营养替代的中国方案。中华医学会儿科学分会消化学组、中国医师协会儿科医师分会消化学组、中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织专家，基于国内外最新研究和我国临床实践，在2017版共识基础上更新制订了“食物过敏相关消化系统疾病诊断与管理循证指南（2026）”，提出了适于我国的临床症状评分与诊断方法，旨在为临床应用提供规范。.
