Abstract
儿童下消化道出血（LGIB）约占消化道出血的四分之一，可由多种病因所致，严重者可危及生命。为了进一步规范儿童LGIB的诊断和治疗，中华医学会儿科学分会消化学组、国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心儿童消化疾病诊治协同创新联盟及中华儿科杂志编辑委员会牵头组织相关专家，在充分评价现有相关文献证据的基础上制订了本指南，以提高儿童LGIB的临床诊疗水平。.
