Abstract

消化道出血是儿童常见的疾病之一，急危重症者可危及患儿生命。而急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血（ANVUGIB）是儿童消化道出血的主要原因。为了进一步规范儿童ANVUGIB的诊断和治疗，中华医学会儿科学分会消化学组、国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心儿童消化疾病诊治协同创新联盟及中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织相关专家，在充分评价现有相关文献证据的基础上制订了“中国儿童急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血诊治指南（2024）”，以提高儿童ANVUGIB的诊疗水平。.
