Guideline for quality control of laparoscopic radical resection of biliary tract malignancies(2026 edition)

With the development and accumulated experience in minimally invasive techniques, laparoscopic radical resection for biliary tract cancers has been reported with an increasing trend annually. The procedure is characterized by its complexity and technical demands, and the quality of surgery is directly correlated with patient outcomes. When performed in a standardized and high-quality manner, benefits could be obtained from the perspective of enhanced recovery after surgery, enabling earlier initiation of subsequent treatments. Conversely, non-standardized implementation may adversely affect surgical safety and therapeutic efficacy. For this purpose, this guideline for quality control of the surgical procedure was discussed and formulated by the Branch of Biliary Surgery, Chinese Society of Surgery, Chinese Medical Association and the Biliary Surgery Expert Working Group of the Surgeon Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Current guideline aims to provide guidance for the standardized and orderly implementation of laparoscopic radical resection for biliary tract cancers, addressing multiple dimensions such as indications, surgical safety and efficacy, and perioperative quality control.

随着微创技术的发展与经验积累，胆道肿瘤腹腔镜根治性切除术的报道呈逐年增加趋势。胆道肿瘤腹腔镜根治性切除术的操作复杂、技术要求高，手术质量直接关系患者预后：规范和高质量地开展，可使患者从加速康复外科中获益，从而更早接受后续治疗；而不规范的开展将直接影响手术安全与预后疗效。鉴于此，中华医学会外科学分会胆道外科学组与中国医师协会外科医师分会胆道外科专家工作组讨论和制订了本手术质量控制指南，旨在从适应证、手术安全与疗效、围手术期质量控制等多维度，为胆道肿瘤腹腔镜根治性切除术规范、有序的开展提供指导性建议。.
