Abstract

儿童炎症性肠病（IBD）对患儿的生命健康和生活质量造成了严重影响。生物制剂及免疫抑制剂等药物的使用显著提升了儿童IBD的治疗效果，但目前我国在儿童IBD的治疗药物监测（TDM）方面仍面临诸多挑战。尽管已有针对成人IBD的相关共识，但尚无专门针对儿童IBD的TDM共识或指南。为此，中华医学会儿科学分会消化学组和中华儿科杂志编辑委员会牵头组织专家制订了“儿童炎症性肠病治疗药物监测实践指南（2025）”，旨在规范生物制剂等药物在儿童IBD中的监测管理，进一步优化治疗方案。.
