Abstract

胃肠间质瘤是消化道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤，准确、规范的病理诊断对胃肠间质瘤的临床治疗和预后判断至关重要。中国抗癌协会胃肠间质瘤专业委员会病理学组、中国抗癌协会肿瘤病理专业委员会胃肠间质瘤协作组、中华医学会病理学分会骨和软组织学组及中国研究型医院协会病理分会，组织专家结合国内外有关胃肠间质瘤的病理诊断原则，编写了本临床实践指南，旨在提高我国胃肠间质瘤的病理诊断水平和规范性，为临床治疗和预后判断提供可靠依据。.
