Abstract
Операции на нижних конечностях у пациентов пожилого возраста с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) сопровождаются повышенным риском гемодинамических нарушений и периоперационных сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Снижение функциональных и адаптационно-компенсаторных резервов, а также наличие коморбидной патологии требуют индивидуального выбора анестезиологической тактики.
