Background
Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a prevalent and severe cardiovascular complication of diabetes mellitus, characterized by progressive cardiac dysfunction and pathological remodeling driven by myocardial metabolic disturbances. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain incompletely elucidated.
