Abstract
女性阴道微生态系统是人体微生态系统的组成之一，由阴道内的微生物菌群、内分泌调节系统、阴道解剖结构和局部免疫系统共同组成；阴道微生态失调与阴道感染密切相关。为规范阴道微生态失调的诊疗，保障患者安全，中华医学会妇产科学分会感染性疾病协作组发起制订并组织撰写《女性阴道微生态失调临床诊治指南》。本指南以临床问题为导向，针对微生态失调在妇产科临床中的诊断和治疗，经过多轮临床专家、方法学专家论证及遴选，最终纳入10个临床问题，并逐一给出推荐意见。.
