Guidelines for monitoring and clinical application of minimal residual disease in childhood leukemia (2026)
Abstract
微小残留病（MRD）是评估儿童白血病治疗反应、预测复发风险、指导危险度分层和个体化治疗的重要指标。近年来，MRD检测技术快速发展，然而不同技术的适用范围、临床应用及结果解读仍存在挑战，亟需规范化的临床指南以优化MRD监测策略。中华医学会儿科学分会血液学组、中国抗癌协会小儿肿瘤专业委员会与中华儿科杂志编辑委员会联合组织专家制订了“儿童白血病微小残留病监测与临床应用指南（2026）”，系统梳理了儿童白血病MRD的检测方法、监测策略、预后评估及特殊亚型管理等内容，以指导和规范我国儿童白血病MRD监测的临床应用。.
