Abstract
非输血依赖型地中海贫血（NTDT）是我国南方地区高发的一种慢性遗传性溶血性贫血病，主要包括中间型β地贫（β-TI）、部分中间型α地贫（HbH病）和β地贫复合HbE（HbE/β地贫）3种，其发病遗传学机制复杂，临床表现个体差异较大，常导致儿童期生长发育迟缓和成年期肺动脉高压、血栓形成、内分泌病和肝纤维化等严重并发症，甚至危及生命。“儿童非输血依赖型地中海贫血诊治和管理专家共识（2025）”旨在为儿科医师提供规范的临床实践指导。.
