Abstract
Background
Granulomatous chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis (GCIFR) is an atypical form of invasive fungal rhinosinusitis which affects immunocompetent middle-aged adults mainly due to Aspergillus flavus. It presents with symptoms like headache, facial pain, and proptosis, primarily affecting the ethmoid and maxillary sinuses, and can lead to serious complications. This report details a unique case of GCIFR treated with antifungal and corticosteroid therapy.
