Objective
To characterize the convergence of resistance determinants, plasmid-mediated dissemination, and host adaptation in the postoperative Raoultella ornithinolytica isolate RO0725 through integrated genomic analyses and phenotypic validation. We further sought to evaluate its clinical and One Health risks.
