Representation of People Living with HIV in Preventive and Therapeutic mRNA Vaccine Studies for Tuberculosis: A Scoping Review
By Meredith B. Brooks and Saloni Patil.
Abstract
This scoping review will map the evidence on mRNA-based vaccines against tuberculosis, including preventive and therapeutic applications, across the translational pipeline (in silico, in vitro, in vivo animal, and human studies). It will give particular attention to whether and how people living with HIV are represented in this evidence. The review follows the JBI Manual for Evidence Synthesis and will be reported according to PRISMA-ScR and PRISMA-S.
