Abstract
Introduction

Main clinical findings: A 45-year-old obese male presented with progressive weight gain, fatigue, cold intolerance, abdominal discomfort, bowel irregularity and visible, painless neck swelling. Laboratory investigations revealed elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels, confirming hypothyroidism, along with clinical features suggestive of metabolic impairment. Diagnosis: The Patient was to diagnosed with Amashaya Dushti, the root pathology of Medovriddhi (obesity) via Nidanarthakara Roga principles.
