This study employed a quantitative approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 30 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. The intervention consisted of stunting prevention education using 3D media integrated with local ethnomedicine as an educational medium. Knowledge data were analyzed using the Paired Sample t-test, while changes in attitudes and health service utilization were analyzed descriptively using frequency distributions. The results showed that the mean knowledge score increased from 55.90 before the intervention to 80.00 after the intervention. The Paired Sample t-test yielded a p-value of <0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference in knowledge before and after the educational intervention.
