Abstract
This project is conducted using the French MS registry OFSEP data to replicate and externally validate the PHREND prediction models developed by Stühler etal. 2020 using the German MS registry NeuroTransData (NTD). It also investigates how individualized prognostic models can support data-driven treatment-switch decisions in people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (PwRRMS), while reflecting clinical guidelines and patients' perspectives.
