Abstract
Homem, 83 anos. Antecedentes: hiperplasia benigna da próstata e neoplasia do cólon operado recentemente. Recorreu ao Serviço de Urgência por febre. Objetivada pancitopenia e urina sugestiva de infeção do trato urinário, foi assumida cistite aguda, complicada. Iniciou ceftriaxone empiricamente sob internamento no Serviço de Medicina Interna.
