Abstract
Introduction
Frozen shoulder is a prevalent shoulder condition marked by significant pain and reduced mobility, which substantially compromises good health and well-being frequently among the elderly. Manual therapy techniques such as Gong’s Mobilisation (GM), Angular Joint Mobilisation (AJM), and Maitland Mobilisation (MM) are widely used to improve Range Of Motion (ROM), reduce pain, and restore function.
