Abstract
を選択し屈曲部を中枢 sealing zone とした．中枢側の展開の後，末梢側脚を内腸骨動脈の 温存を測るように push up しながら展開した．留置後の造 影で下大静脈内への造影効果はなく， 穿破部分は sealing で きたと判断できたが，中枢側からの Type Ia endoleak を認 めたため中枢 cuff を追加した．末梢側は造影所見上，右内 腸骨動脈が delay，左内腸骨動脈は occlusion となった．最
