Abstract
Consuming nutritious foods, including milk, plays a vital role in supporting children's growth and health. However, children's knowledge and awareness regarding the benefits of milk consumption need to be improved. This community service activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and awareness of elementary school-aged children concerning the nutritional content and health and growth benefits of goat milk. The activity was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah II in Bengkulu City, involving 15 children aged 7–9 years. The implementation method comprised a preparation phase, an in-person educational session, a Q&A session, and a goat milk tasting activity. Observations focused on student participation during the Q&A session, enthusiasm while tasting the goat milk, the ability to recall the benefits of goat milk, and student attitudes toward consuming goat milk following the activity. The results showed that participants enthusiastically followed the entire program and actively engaged in the educational process. Participants gained knowledge about the benefits of goat milk and acquired firsthand experience tasting it. This educational activity contributed to improving children's understanding of the importance of choosing nutritious beverages to support their health and growth.
