Abstract
I proposed the term "gasocrinology" (1-3). To the best of my knowledge, unlike the terms "proteome" and "transcriptome," there are no similar terms specifically for gases. I propose defining "gasome" as the complete set of gases synthesized by a particular cell. This definition can be extended to larger scales of biotic or abiotic origin. REFERENCES Anbalagan S.
