Abstract
Autoimmune hepatitis is a chronic inflammatory liver disease associated with progressive fibrosis and liver dysfunction. This study evaluated the comparative effectiveness of biochemical, ELISA, and FibroScan methods in the prevention and monitoring of autoimmune hepatitis. A retrospective observational study involving 3 patients diagnosed between January and May 2026 was conducted. Biochemical liver tests, ELISA-based autoimmune antibody analysis, and FibroScan liver stiffness assessment were performed. Elevated ALT, AST, and IgG levels were identified in all patients, while positive ANA and SMA antibodies were detected in two cases. FibroScan demonstrated varying degrees of liver fibrosis. Combined diagnostic approaches improved disease monitoring and clinical evaluation
