Abstract
Background
This exploratory pilot randomized double-blind trial compared postoperative analgesic outcomes of combined local wound infiltration, rectus aponeurosis infiltration, and intraperitoneal local anesthetic instillation (LWI+RAI+IPLA) with intrathecal morphine (ITM) after cesarean delivery.
