寛骨臼移動術において術前単純X線のanterior wall indexは前方回転追加の必要性を判断できるか？

【目的】寛骨臼移動術では前方被覆の確保が重要であるが，術前単純X線から前方回転追加の要否を判断する指標は明らかでない．術前骨盤正面X線で測定したanterior wall index（AWI）が，CT側方回転シミュレーション後のanterior center-edge angle（CEA）を予測できるか検討した．【対象・方法】寛骨臼形成不全26股を対象とし，術前X線でAWIを測定した．CT上でlateral CEAを30°にそろえた側方回転後のanterior CEAを測定し，両者の相関を検討した．【結果】AWIはanterior CEAと強い正の相関を示した（r=0.90）．【結論】AWIは側方回転後の前方被覆を術前に予測し，前方回転追加の要否判断に有用な可能性がある．
