膝骨壊死HTO施行後の壊死増悪に対してUKAを行った1例

【緒言】膝骨壊死に対しHTO施行後に骨壊死が増悪しUKAを行ったのでその経過について報告する．【症例】77歳女性69歳時に左膝骨壊死に対して高位脛骨骨切り術（HTO）を行ったが壊死の増大から内反変形，変形性膝関節症となり初回手術3年後に人工膝関節単顆置換術（UKA）を行った．術後5年でJOAスコア95点と良好である．
