Abstract
Brihatyadi Varti Anjana is a formulation mentioned in Chakradatta, Netrarogadhikara indicated for Vataja Abhishyanda. Since ophthalmic formulations are applied directly to the ocular surface, ensuring their quality, purity, safety, and reproducibility through standardization is essential.
Objective
To establish quality control parameters of Brihatyadi Varti Anjana by organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological, and High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) evaluation.
