Methods
This systematic review was conducted according to the PRISMA 2020 Statement. PubMed/MEDLINE and Scopus were systematically searched for studies published between January 2016 and December 2025. A total of 218 records were identified, of which 180 were screened after duplicate removal; 14 studies met the predefined eligibility criteria and were included in the qualitative synthesis. Methodological quality was assessed using validated appraisal tools according to study design, and findings were synthesized narratively following the SWIM guideline.
