We established RADAR-Septic Shock (Registry of Administrative Data Automatically Recorded for Septic Shock) as a population-based surveillance system to monitor the epidemiology, healthcare utilization, clinical outcomes, and risk-adjusted performance of septic shock across the Catalan publicly funded healthcare system.
