Abstract
Ascending colon cancer complicated by situs inversus totalis (SIT) represents an extremely rare clinical entity. This congenital anatomical variant substantially increases surgical complexity, and published clinical reports regarding this condition remain scarce. Herein, we report a patient who underwent laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy (LRH) with intracorporeal anastomosis (IA), accompanied by an operative video. We further reviewed the available published literature to accumulate additional surgical experience for managing this rare disease.
