Single-cell B-cell receptor repertoires associated with SARS-CoV-2 immune imprinting
By 牛潇(Xiao Niu).
Abstract
This project contains 10x Genomics single-cell V(D)J sequencing data from JN.1 RBD-reactive memory B cells collected from Chinese adult cohorts with distinct levels of ancestral SARS-CoV-2 immune imprinting. The dataset supports analyses of immunoglobulin gene usage, B-cell clonotypes, and antibody repertoire features associated with the severity of immune imprinting and neutralization of the BA.3.2.2 variant.
