Abstract
Objective: The optimal conduit for lower extremity bypass siugery (LEB) remains controversial, particularly when the great saphenous vein is unavailable. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to compare clinical outcomes between alternative autologous vein conduits (AAVC) and prosthetic grafts (PG) in patients undergoing LEB, specifically graft patency, major amputation, and short-and long-term mortality. Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted according to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines.
