Abstract
Tennis is a sport that demands strong physical and technical capabilities, including strength, endurance, speed, agility, coordination, and shot precision. Structured physical training is a crucial factor in enhancing a tennis player's performance. This study aims to analyze and compare the findings of three studies regarding physical training methods for tennis players. A literature review method was employed, analyzing three selected journals: research on structured physical training for endurance and speed, leg muscle training for power and shot precision, and footwork training for forehand groundstroke accuracy. The review indicates that all three studies found performance improvements following the training interventions. Structured physical training improved endurance, speed, strength, and agility; leg muscle training enhanced power and shot precision; and footwork training influenced forehand groundstroke accuracy. Thus, physical training that is regular, structured, and tailored to the player's needs can support overall performance improvement in tennis. Keywords: physical training, tennis, endurance, power, footwork, shot accuracy.
