Background

Pyogenic thoracolumbar spondylodiscitis is a serious spinal infection that may cause pain, neurological impairment, deformity, and instability. Surgery is indicated when conservative treatment fails or structural instability develops. This study evaluated the clinical and radiological outcomes of interbody fusion in affected patients.
