Impact of Regional Analgesia Techniques on Hemogram-Derived Inflammatory Indices in Patients Undergoing Cesarean Delivery Under Spinal Anesthesia: A Retrospective Cohort Study

Abstract Background: Regional anesthesia and interfascial plane blocks have been suggested to attenuate the perioperative inflammatory response. However, evidence regarding their effects on hemogram-derived inflammatory indices after cesarean delivery remains limited. This study evaluated the effects of different neuraxial anesthesia and postoperative analgesia strategies on early postoperative hematological parameters and inflammatory indices.
