Beyond Mobility: psychosocial predictors of functional independence and quality of life after hip or knee replacement. A literature review and study protocol
By Norma Besniard.
Abstract
This project explores how self-efficacy and perceived social support may relate to functional independence and quality of life after hip or knee replacement. This project is a publicly available, citable research proposal developed through independent mentored work. It has not been peer-reviewed. No patients were recruited, no data were collected, and the hypotheses have not been tested. The conceptual framework is a proposed idea, not a validated clinical tool.
