Abstract
【緒言】嚥下障害患者における安全な水分摂取には，とろみ粘度の適切な管理が重要である．近年制定された嚥下調整食分類2021(以下，学会分類2021)では，従来のLine Spread Test(以下，LST)に加え，シリンジを用いた粘度測定法(以下，シリンジ法)が導入された．しかし，LST，シリンジ法，E型粘度計に準拠した簡易粘度計(以下，JOVI)を併用し，院内とろみ基準を比較・検討した報告はない．本研究では，当院で使用しているとろみ水の粘度をLST，シリンジ法，JOVIで測定し，院内基準と学会分類2021との対応を明らかにすることを目的とした．
