Abstract
【緒言】後十字靱帯(PCL)不全膝は，脛骨の後方転位(PTT)を生じる．近年，PCL不全膝の脱力した(安静時)立て膝位で超音波画像装置(US)により評価したPTTは，良好な信頼性が報告されている．しかし，ハムストリングスの収縮に伴い増大するPTT(収縮時PTT)の同肢位における評価方法は確立されていない．本研究の目的は，立て膝位における収縮時PTTの信頼性を健常膝で検証し，PCL不全膝の評価結果を検討することである．
